Please read this Disclaimer carefully before you use Chennai Guru (chennaiguru.com), undertaken by Varshini Enterprises, Paramakudi, Tamil Nadu, India. By using this website, you accept this Disclaimer.
1. We are not a recruiter or an employer
Chennai Guru is an information website. We are not an employer, a recruitment agency or a placement consultant. We do not select candidates, take job applications on behalf of employers, conduct interviews or make job offers. We do not guarantee any interview, selection or job. Your application and any agreement are only between you and the employer.
2. Original and verified information
We publish jobs only after we check them against official sources such as employer career pages, official notifications and government websites. We write job details in our own words for easy reading. Even so, job details such as vacancies, dates, fees, salary, age limits and eligibility can change without notice, and mistakes can happen. Always confirm every detail on the official notification or the employer’s website before you apply or pay any fee.
3. Never pay money for a job
Chennai Guru never asks job seekers for money. Genuine employers do not take money for interviews, registration, uniforms, training kits, security deposits or job offers. If anyone asks you for money in the name of Chennai Guru or of an employer listed here, do not pay. Tell us at admin@chennaiguru.com. Some government recruitments have an official application fee that is paid only on the official portal. Pay such fees only there.
4. Government jobs
For government jobs, the official notification is the final source. Where our page and the official notification differ, the official notification is correct. We are not connected with any government department, board or commission, unless clearly stated.
5. External links
Our pages contain links to employer websites, government portals and training providers. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices or services. A link does not mean that we endorse them.
6. Trainings, courses and educational content
Our training and article pages are for general information. Fees, dates, eligibility and certificates are set by the course providers and may change. Completing a course does not guarantee a job. Please confirm details with the provider before you enrol or pay. We are not affiliated with the providers unless we clearly say so.
7. No professional advice
Career tips, interview advice, salary information, legal information and exam guidance on this website are general guidance and not professional, legal or financial advice. Use your own judgement.
8. Advertising
This website may show advertisements, including Google AdSense ads. Ads are shown by third parties. We do not control which advertisements appear, and an advertisement is not an endorsement. We do not take payment to publish a job or to change our job details. Please see our Privacy Policy for cookie information.
9. Trademarks and logos
Company names, logos and trademarks that appear on our pages belong to their owners. They are shown only to help identify the employer. We do not claim ownership of them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chennai Guru, Varshini Enterprises and their team are not liable for any loss, damage or expense that arises from your use of this website, from relying on any listing or article, from your dealings with employers or third parties, or from any error, delay or interruption on the website.
11. Corrections and removal requests
If you find an error or want a listing corrected or removed, email admin@chennaiguru.com with the page link and the details. We will review it promptly.
12. Changes and governing law
